Prime Start is the perfect protection when using Patina products over metal. The formula blocks the Patina layer from affecting the metal below and prevents rusting through to metal creations when using Dixie Belle Patina Paints & Spray.
Prime start is only needed when working on metal pieces.
Instructions for use..
* Clean metal first using a metal cleaner or degreaser like Dixie Belle White Lightning. Rinse well.
* Apply Prime Start primer.
* Apply 2 layers allowing 1-2 hours between coats.
* Clean up with soap and water.
