Shipping policy

For in stock items we aim to dispatch within one to three working days. 

For any out of stock available to Pre-order items delivery should be between 7-10 working days unless otherwise specified. Delivery may be quicker than this but this is a rough guide. If there is likely to be a delay you will be contacted.

MOST ITEMS ARE SENT VIA ROYAL MAIL AND WHERE POSSIBLE A TRACKED SERVICE IS USED.

 SOPHIE JAMES PAINTS MAY ARRIVE directly from Sophie James paints themselves..tester pots VIA ROYAL mail and bigger tins VIA A COURIER SERVICE..CURRENTLY APC. IF this the case Sophie James paints will email you the delivery slot information so you know when to expect delivery. Someone needs to be there to accept your delivery.

On occasion some Redesign with Prima/Finnabair /Prima Marketing/ Pentart/Decocurve/Three yellow goat and Zibra items may be sent directly from the distribution warehouse.

I WILL PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION WHERE POSSIBLE

All items will have proof of postage. 

DELIVERY costs...a £4.95 shipping charge is payable on all orders under £25. All orders over £25 have FREE UK delivery.

Please allow 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday)for delivery although most arrive in 2-4 working days.

We deliver to the UK mainland only.

Damages... Please contact us within 48 hours via email to vintagebluefurniture@gmail.com Photographic evidence of the damage should be provided. 

Lost parcels.... Please make sure that you check the shipping address details at checkout. We do not accept responsibility for incorrect information given at the time of order. No refunds will be offered if parcels get lost due to incorrect details. If we have made an administrative error in our order processing a replacement will be sent out.
