Pentart Silky Shine Decoupage Glue and Varnish

Water-based varnish and glue in one for decoupage technique that dries semi-gloss. Spreads easily and evenly. Use the varnish and glue underneath and also on the top of your rice paper or napkin. Soak regular paper before gluing it. Apply the varnish and glue on the top from the center moving to the sides removing the air bubbles.
