The Stamperia Mix Media Black Sparkling Coat is a black texture paste infused with glitter. The glitter remains hidden while wet and reveals itself beautifully once fully dry. Perfect for use with stencils and as a striking background effect. Creates a dramatic texture finish with an unexpected sparkling side.
